Welcome to Hannahville! It is a pleasure to once again host the Annual Potawatomi Gathering.
Our Committees have worked very hard over the past several months to coordinate and put together a wonderful, informative and fun program. We have strived to include all age groups with appropriate activities and learning levels.
This will be a busy week for all of us but moreover it will be a time to renew old friendships and make new ones. It is also a time to learn our language, culture and to celebrate our Nation as a family.
We hope we made every arrangement that needed to be made and if we have forgotten something, please bring it to our attention so we can correct it.
We’re also proud to celebrate as part of this year’s Gathering, the 75th Anniversary of Hannahville’s Founding as a Federal Reservation. We say Migwetth to those that have come before us and pray for strength to lead and teach those that come after us to help this community grow and provide for our membership.
Many Migwetths need to be made, especially to our Coordinator Gloria Wandahsega and to the members of the Committee for their hard work. When you see any of the staff around please thank them for their hard work.
