Commercial Enterprise Oversight Board

The Commercial Enterprise Oversight (CEO) Board has oversight and operational responsibilities over all tribally owned commercial enterprises, namely, the Island Resort and Casino and the Island Oasis, and is intended to meet with each business entity on a monthly basis. Ex officio members are advisory in nature and have no formal voting authority. The members of the CEO Board who are officers and members of the Tribal Council are also members who make up the Finance and Building Authority which has voting and signature authority for the financial and legal business of the enterprise. Their roles are dual and interchangeable so far as they relate to the enterprises.
