Mission Statement

To provide a timely, quality legal advice and services to the Tribal Executive Council, the Tribal Council, Tribal Boards, the committees and directors of tribal agencies and enterprises.

Services

To provide evaluation of proposals for economic development and investment of tribal assets by review, participation in negotiations and structuring of business partnerships, purchases and opportunities. Review, revise, and develop legislation for the tribe in conjunction with the priorities set by tribal membership and employees of Hannahville Indian Community. Review, revise, negotiate, draft, and recommend for signature, the various contracts, policies, procedures, and protocols of the tribe.
